"Tiene que mejorar algunos aspectos de las habitaciones en cuanto al mobiliario y la limpieza de las toallas, me tocó una habitación donde el comedor que era de mdf estaba levantado por la humedad y se estaba comenzando a levantar, solicité toallas para la playa y las cobran, no vi esa información en la reserva, pero adicional a eso las toallas venían manchadas, me percaté que no cambiaban las toallas, ya que todos los días me tocaba la misma y me di cuenta por una mancha que tenía."
