"山形一共有4-6家酒店，但是真正很好的就兩家，這家前台服務非常好，這個地方，對中共國的遊客，尤其團體遊客來說，還不是太熱門，但是台灣遊客很認可這個地方，台灣旅行團倒是超級多，落地山形，基本先在這酒店過度一下。在日本的公共區域，在大喊大叫大嗓門說話「這個」優良傳統方面，真的是一家人。excellent hotel. 我认为比三井花园好。"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Our family of four walked from Sendai Station to the hotel with seven pieces of luggage in less than 10 minutes, even in the rain. The route was easy to manage because there are escalators connected to the station, and most of the walk is on flat sidewalks with only one traffic-light crossing. The hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian shopping area, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and local food. Several connected department stores are also within walking distance, making shopping very convenient. In addition, a local train station is less than a five-minute walk away. Housekeeping was reliable and punctual. At check-in, guests can choose the level of housekeeping service they prefer. I selected full daily housekeeping for both of our rooms, and the service was consistently on time. My son did have a few minor concerns about the room's cleanliness, but overall we found it satisfactory. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The common areas, including the main lobby and floor lobbies, were always clean, quiet, and well air-conditioned. The hotel also offers several complimentary amenities. Guests can enjoy free soft drinks and ice cream from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and complimentary duck noodles are served every evening after 8:00 p.m., which was a nice treat after a day of sightseeing. We arrived around 12:30 p.m., well before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time. We left our luggage at t"

"It's a charming, old-fashioned hotel. The staff are polite and attentive, and I would stay there again if I had the chance. A minor point: perhaps because the hotel is quite old, some of the fire sprinkler heads are rusty. I hope they can check and clean them sometime. Otherwise, it's perfect."
