"The location was perfect, walking distance to all the main landmarks, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with lots of little added extras, including a fridge which is always useful, including daily refreshed bottles of water. A complimentary little bottle of Prosecco was a really lovely touch, and much appreciated. But the best thing was the staff - so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough, and always with a smile. They suggested a couple of wonderful tapas bars, which I would highly recommend. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. If I manage to get back to Seville, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else."

"Yes the whole hotel was spotless and clean Breakfast was excellent !!. The only minor problem which I can mention is the noise and shouting made by the guests in the common area while waiting for their taxis etc. Obviously something beyond the hotel management. The hotel is also well positioned . All the salient points of Seville are all within a walking distance."

"Love this hotel! The room was clean and bright and seed to have been recently renovated. The highlight here was the staff. Filipe was outstanding helping us endlessly to find a missing bag. The hotel gives interns from other countries a chance to work in the trade. Anastasia (sp) from Argentina was so professional and helpful as was Colin from France. The hotel is obviously doing a wonderful job training them. Hats off to Maya as well who always had a smile for us. Great breakfast as well. Just a fantastic hotel close to everything!!!"
