This was an incredibly perfect hotel for what we needed. Amazing service from all the staff but especially Paula! We were able to check in early upon arrival and stow our baggage until late afternoon on the way out. Location was excellent. Such a warm friendly place to stay and the breakfast was amazing! Hope to stay again!

Very very nice and friendly staff who takes care of you like family:) we loved the breakfast esp the homemade porridge, even though a selection of a few items the overall breakfast experience was so so special! Like grandma’s kitchen:) The stay was very comfortable. The location is the best coz it’s just a few yards away from the palace and Cathedral! Had the most relaxing time with lazy lunches and dinners at nearby streets lined up with restaurants!

The location of this hotel is amazing, just outside the walls of the Alcázar. The service was excellent; the staff went out of their way to provide great recommendations and made sure we enjoyed every part of our stay. The hotel was everything we expected and more. Recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. The staff were incredible, so polite, kind and very accommodating.
