This beautiful country house is located in the north of the island, in the village of Muro. The main shopping area, with all shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and more, is just 1 km away.

The house sits on an 1800 m² plot. The 130 m² house can accommodate up to 4 people and features two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional outdoor shower.

The spacious living area includes a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

The 130 m² terrace offers stunning panoramic views, a large swimming pool, and a hot tub, allowing you to enjoy Mallorca's sunny climate. In the evenings, you can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue for family or friends.

Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms with a 2-hour timer.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration processes are handled via instant messaging outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect this tax; in this case, you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kWh/day per person).

- A refundable security deposit is required.

- Parties are not permitted.

- To comply with the law, all guests will be required to provide identification before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener enters the grounds once or several times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
