"Had to call maintenance to come and fix tv. The toilet ran almost non stop! And it was very loud! And made it difficult to sleep! The hot tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to us being able to use it. So we had to clean it prior to using it. At about 9:30 a m the next day we had the do not disturb sign in the door. And there were still two interuptions he was from housekeeping unexpectedly We had a do not disturb sign hanging in the door. Also, overnight, the tv stopped working again. "AC is worked great. Hair in the room. Room outdated. I asked for a receipt , said I would get it through email , never got the receipt. Tight parking but empty enough. Felt safe. "

"I stayed here for 3 months. This is such a lovely neighborhood. There is always people walking their dogs and everyone has been friendly. There is a nearby walking trail which was nice. The house itself was perfectly sized. Just be aware the windows do not have blinds but the curtains were helpful. I was here during snow/ice storm and the host was helpful by having someone come throw some salt down. I requested for a new shower curtain and was immediately accommodated with one. 10/10 stay. It’s a very nice neighborhood and is walking distance to many places to eat, coffee, ice cream, and Kroger! "

"Charming Hillcrest Dollhouse?We arrived to find the wrought iron door falling off. Maybe from the storm the previous couple of days. The location was great but the property needed a good cleaning. From pubes on the towels and bathroom mirror to buildup on the air return vents. I appreciate the property being pet-friendly but the backyard had a lot of poop from previous guests. Would not stay here again."
