From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for and incredibly well looked after. The staff made us feel more like welcomed guests than hotel visitors, and their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire stay unforgettable. We were honestly spoiled in the best possible way, and the experience went far beyond anything we had expected. A very special thank you to Joi from the Karibu team and Jordan from the lobby. Both were absolutely wonderful and added such a personal touch to our stay. Their genuine hospitality and care made a lasting impression on us. This was more than just a great hotel stay — it was a memorable experience that we will look back on very fondly. We would return without hesitation.

The staff at Zorba restaurant led by Michael are outstanding. The staff at the front desk require further training. There is no clear management structure. The rooms, furniture and design are excellent. The location is perfect close to the airport and indirect communication with a beautiful beach.

I celebrated my birthday at the St. Regis, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Everything from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out was absolute perfection. Overall the stay was pleasent and the food was lovely. We had issues with maids coming into the room while do not disturb was on and not knocking or ringing the doorbell before entering. This happened on 4 occasions. One where they had entered and left a broken lamp from another room. The hotel need to work on this.
