"Excellent location for a few night stay in Seoul. Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. Room was a bit cold but staff were extremely helpful. Our special thanks to the supervisor lady at the front desk. She was so nice and helpful."

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. Our suite was very nice. It was conveniently located. But view from our room was a construction site. Couldn't see the N Seoul Tower. Cons: 1) The breakfast options was terrible. It was mostly carbs: waffle, noodle, fried rice, japchae, salad pasta, toast & pastries, etc. Not too many other options. 2) The water pressure from our shower was terrible. It took us forever to finish taking a shower. 3) The tiny washing & drying machine was a rip off. It took 2 hours to finish one load of laundry, and another hour to dry it. "

"Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast Buffett was convenient and good bc stores open late. Location was good it was next to a subway and many restaurants were within the hotel building "

"Room is very spacious but a bit dated, especially the bathroom which needs an upgrade. The windows aren't that well sound proof as we could hear the traffic even thought we were on the 10th floor. Staff are friendly and curteous. Buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. There was renovations taking place which we were made aware of after we've booked it, but that didn't bother us as we were out during the day. However, the lack of available lifts due to the renovations made us wasted a lot of time just waiting for an available lift with enough space for us."

"When i said i didn't like the layout of my room, the staff on duty were very quick to show me another one that i could change to. I was very pleased with their efficiency and ability to cater to my needs without hesitation."

"3rd time staying at Prima and everything is close, 5 min to subway station, Palace, stream. Myeongdong, Insandong, Bukchon Hanok Village, Bus stop some steps from hotel. Clean room, and they let storage my luggage before and after. "

"Super clean! Housekeeping staff were so nice and friendly. They vacuum the carpeted areas and also clean the hard floors. This was very important for us as our baby is crawling. Kitchen was well equipped. Extremely good location and we will definitely stay again next time. "
