"Moises at reception was amazing. Very knowledgable and accomodating. Always has a smile on his face. Gracias Moises for everything. See you next year! Couple disappointments - key card system needs to be replaced. Had to get new keys multiple times daily as they would self deactivate. Staff continually advised about keeping key cards away from cell phones but yet we still had issues. Rooms and beds could use updating. There was no staff upstairs at the lounge/bar. This was a huge part of why we booked Casa Susana. The reasoning as to no staff was just silly. We were told because of the day the cartel leader was assisinated. A monrh later still no staff."

" It was right on the beach. Everybody was friendly. The hotel was a little bit older, but the beach was right there in the heart of everything."

"The adults only Tower looks okay we saw some rooms that they were being cleaned but the rest of the place needs a major remodel it was dirty and I would never go there again"

"The property itself was well maintained, with clean and tidy grounds that made a good first impression. The pool area was also a highlight—clean, well kept, and a nice place to relax. Another big plus was the location, with easy walking distance to the beach and nearby shops, which made getting around very convenient. That said, the rooms were a letdown. They felt outdated, and there was a noticeable old furniture smell that took away from the overall comfort of the stay. With some updates and attention to the interior, this property could offer a much better experience. "

"It’s definitely a nice place especially the pool area - the rooms need an upgrade our faucet was leaking from the bottom anytime we used it. The towel racks were so high up I couldn’t reach them "
