"It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. "The inn is one of many in the countryside of southern Tuscany. It was a beautiful property and beautiful room. The service however was quite poor. We requested two glasses of ice from the ice maker and were told very emphatically "No!". I requested coffee or tea for the electric water pot in our room, and was very begrudgingly provided tea. It became uncomfortable to interact with the staff."

"Très bon accueil et l’endroit est bien optimisé et arrangé. Cependant la chambre très vieillotte les porte très fine le mieux c’est d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles. Les repas et pdj dispos que à partir de 8:00 et 20:00 aucune offre sans gluten L’endroit en plein milieu des champs l’odeur qui va avec . On a pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. J’ai l’impression qu’il il n’y a pas d’ambiance. C’est pas un endroit qui me donne envie d’y retourner"
