"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent! Rooms were clean and expected amenities were there. We were there for a soccer tournament so location was great. The only hiccup I would say is that by 3:30 the next day when we stopped by the room to freshen up before dinner, maid service hadnt been to the room yet. I specifically let them know we would be gone for the day until later in the afternoon. I called the front desk and was told they were short on staff, I asked if they could just bring some fresh towels and empty the garbage before 6pm. When we came back that was taken care of. "

"I’m honestly surprised this hotel has good reviews, the lobby was completely torn apart, our room was dirty, hair on sinks, boogers on the shower curtain, crumbs in sink. It’s very old and outdated and very worn and rundown. "

"Easy access to downtown and 15 min from Airport. Walking to dinner was a breeze. Space was clean with garage parking. House was located off the alley which was a little google confusing but once located not an issue. "
