"The location was beautiful, Riverview. Could have a morning walk alongside the river. The transportation was convenient. Recommend the sauna!!!"

"Unacceptable stay. Bed bugs in the room and cockroaches spotted during the night. Unable to sleep and reported immediately, but no alternative room was available, leaving me stuck in those conditions at 2am. Cleanliness is extremely poor and clearly not being managed to a basic standard. The surrounding area also feels unsafe with visible street disorder and anti-social behaviour, which significantly impacts the stay. Would not return and cannot recommend this property."

It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and a prime location, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!"
