"Most of the front desk staff doesn't wear name tags. I did not feel welcomed upon arriving. When I arrived at the hotel, the valet attendants helped the vehicle behind me before acknowledging me. Front desk clerk didn't greet me when I walked in. I was not told until the day after I checked in that I needed to have my valet ticket stamped by the front desk staff, so I wouldn't be overcharged for valet.
