I believe that situations like this should not occur in a hotel room intended for guests, as customers expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. Through this letter, I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to improve hygiene and pest control within the hotel facilities. "What you see in the pictures as advertised is what you will get. Private hot tub and pool were awesome. Entire house was clean, beds were comfortable. Just 10 minutes from 5th ave and beach’s. My family had a wonderful stay and hopefully we plan on renting again soon. Thank you Sal !"

La primera noche no enfrió el aire acondicionado y al siguiente día lo comentamos con la recepción cuando llegamos de la playa y hay mismo nos resolvieron y nos movieron de habitación. Es un lugar que regresaré muy pronto. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Un lugar extremadamente limpio. Si personal muy amigable y profesional. La atención en este hotel el VIP para todos los huéspedes.
