Absolute beachfront. Contemporary, luxury living at its finest. Less than 50 metres into the waves of the magnificent Indian Ocean.

Comprising a chefs kitchen complimented by stone bench tops and an extended breakfast bar. Ceramic induction cooktop, under bench oven, clayfire butlers sink, exquisite brushed nickel hardware, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Fully decked out with quality kitchenware. All the mod cons of home.

Spacious living room with large comfortable sofa, coffee tables, and a TV unit with large smart TV. Dining table and extra seating. Ample room for entertaining.

This villa sleeps up to eight people. Two large and spacious bedrooms each contain a queen bed. The third bedroom has been configured with a single over double bunk bed and a separate free standing single bed, perfect for kids! (ie sleeps 4 people) All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.

If you're looking for the wow factor, this bathroom is it. Free standing bath, walk in rain shower, custom designed vanity, imported stone tiles.

Laundry equipped with new front loader washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

A BBQ and fire pit are supplied. Fire pit can only be used during permitted fire periods.

Myalup Beach is a sleepy hamlet. A well kept secret lees than two hours drive South of Perth, surrounded by natural bushland and the splendour of Lake Josephine.

Breathtaking sunsets, dolphins swimming by. The Sea Breeze is the perfect place to relax, unwind, disconnect, reconnect, go on an adventure, a place where memories are made.
