A Five-Star Experience Beyond Compare – Thank You from the Pichardo Family
As a family that travels extensively around the world—from France, Italy, and Lake Como to Spain, Mallorca, and top destinations across the U.S. like Key West and Disney—we’ve experienced our share of luxury hotels and five-star service. But nothing has come close to the level of care, attention, and warmth we received at the Mykonos Grand Hotel & Spa.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff greeted us warmly—offering drinks, candy, and chocolates to our daughters—and personally introduced us to the resort’s amenities and activities. It wasn’t just us; every guest walking through those doors received the same exceptional welcome and service.
Our ocean-view room was breathtaking, complete with a beautiful balcony and luxurious outdoor furniture that let us enjoy the views of the hills, the sea, and the stunning pool area. The service throughout—from the lunch and dinner teams, to the breakfast staff, the pool and beach team, and even the beachside food delivery staff—was flawless. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect.
A special highlight was the spa experience. My wife and I, along with our daughters, had massages two days in a row—and we all agreed they were the best massages we’ve ever had, and we’ve had many around the world. The spa team was outstanding !!
