Welcome to our condo at Roxanne Towers with a spectacular view of the Atlantic ocean from a private balcony. It is in the PERFECT location in the heart of Myrtle Beach, 10 feet away from the Boardwalk and the new Sky Wheel. SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE resort is directly oceanfront and centrally located in an upscale development, surrounded by beautiful pedestrian walkways, parks, shops, and restaurants. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD (IDs WILL BE CHECKED AT CHECK-IN) No pets please do no even ask PLEASE

Roxanne Towers includes sparkling oceanfront pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, and a fully enclosed heated indoor pool for year-round enjoyment with 24-hour security..
Our condo has a king-sized bed, new recliner and queen-sized sleeper sofa with air mattress, a full kitchen with brand new appliances and utensils, washer/dryer, 2 flat-screened TVs with DVD players, and free high-speed wireless internet access. Great view and location!

We had a wonderful long weekend. The condo is very clean and has everything you would need. The view is beautiful and you are within walking distance to lots of amenities. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

This is a great property, owned by great people, in a great location. Oceanfront with a spectacular view. Neatest, cleanest, and most comfortable place we have stayed. I had a question and the owners answered my call immediately. The owner also provided local dining suggestions and tips about the area. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

A great reset

A great place to stay where you can park the car and walk everywhere. The weather didn’t allow us to play in the ocean, but we had a great time exploring all the sights, shops and restaurants. I can’t wait to return. The condo was just as described.

Exactly as described. Extremely clean. Comfortable furniture in great condition. Well equipped kitchen. Check in was easy and the people at the lobby desk pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to numerous restaurants as well as a grocery store. On the beach and a great value. We will definitely be back.

Great anniversary trip!

The condo was great for our trip this year. It was just as described and cozy on the days we had to stay in during Tropical Storm Ophelia! The location is great, we had all we needed for our stay, and check in/out were easy. The property is well maintained and relatively quiet. Fantastic views from the balcony. Would definitely recommend this listing.

Perfect for families with teens and young adults

Conveniently located steps from the Boardwalk, with multiple dining and shopping choices within walking distance. We were a mom with her young adult daughters and a friend, so the girls were free to explore or enjoy the beach while mom soaked in the sun with her book and iced coffee, with breaks for the pool, hot tub, and lazy river! Unit was clean, cute, and comfy. Would recommend!

Watched dolphins from our balcony every day. Unit supplied with everything you might need during your stay. Unit comfortable and nicely decorated. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Front office staff friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay for wife and I's anniversary. Love the location right at the start of the boardwalk. We're beach people, not 'on the beach' people. So can't speak to that. Loved views from deck/living room. So relaxing. Just go to front desk at check-in to get parking pass. Door code was emailed. Done. Relax and enjoy.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. The smell that greeted us in the parking lot was that of raw sewage. The lobby was old. Walking into the elevator was like going into the twilight zone. Hallway to the condo was very filty. The condo was ok but old. Not what i expected. They advertised newly renovation maybe 15 years ago. Water was very slow to run out in the bathtub. Did not enjoy my stay. Checked out a day early. Only plus it was a great view of the beach.
