Our room was clean, small but clean. The beds were terrible. We purchased a foam mattress which helped somewhat. The toilet seat is in need of being replaced. The beach view, which is what we go for, never fails to disappoint! The pool was clean and well tended.

Jim was a wonderful staff member leading me to believe this hotel really wants to please their guests. The room itself was a little outdated. I had a cracked lampshade that is crumbling to pieces. A kitchen cabinet door had some problem. Also thought the number of extension cords used was a little odd. My room was quiet and the view was awesome.

We spend 5 days here and were very dissapointed. Exstremely dirty. The apartment smelled of a mix of wet dog,old cheese and pee. Floor was so dirty that we kept our shoes on. Linned and madras on beds was full of stains,looked allmost alive. Dresser was almost falling apart. There was trash from previous renter and old coffe and beans with mold in the coffepot, fridge did’nt look like you wanted to keep food in it. We where told it was a smokefree hotel and the only place you where allowed to smoke was in the parking area but there was cigarettebutts in flowerpots with sandfill around the pool ?

Beach view. They didn’t have the room we requested but were accommodating even as busy as they were. We ended up with a room very similar to our room we’ve had several years in a row. Very friendly staff and non intrusive. Pool was cleaned daily and warm… condo was can and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Decor was minimal tasteful and cute ☺️. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Unfortunately, the mold all over the room was an issue. We did have a room with a kitchenette, and you can tell they don't check on any of the kitchen items for cleanliness. We did have to *scrub* everything down before getting to use them; normally a simple wash and rinse would be expected. Damprid containers everywhere and the two dehumidifiers were full as we entered the room... so those clearly didn't get checked/emptied/replaced. We've stayed in rooms that have been hit with moisture before but you could tell the properties had maintained drying them out before placing back in renter use; they didn't seem too phased here and just said "you can't do much about that." Actuality, the last one we stayed at brought in a massive machine to pull water out of the room when we got hit with a unusually bad storm that flooded the room on top of discounting our stay for the inconvenience of them cleaning the room when we weren't even in it. The general floors outside of the room seem well kept, as was the main floor and the multitude of pools/hot tubs. The options for swimming were wonderful! It was one of the two main reasons we chose to stay there. The other was for the view, which was a bit of a letdown to learn that oceanview meant an angled view. Would be great to add the detail of being angled view on those particular rooms (which is the vast majority of them it seems). Last note: its next to public access and LOUD ice cream trucks come through NONSTOP nearly every 30min-1hr.

First room the first night was very dated and beds were terrible. Too hard for sleeping, even the sofa bed. My husband slept in the recliner the first night. I called the next morning and spoke with Georgianna, who was EXTREMELY pleasant and helpful. We were moved to a very nice suite that was more like a what I was expecting. Beds were a little firm but nothing like the first room. We would stay in this particular suite again.

They need to upgrade the interiors,the condo we stayed had shower drain problems but is because ist was full of hair ,construction materials were under de bed and lights and ceiling fan were not working properly. The smell in the interior was not nice at all so i had to buy odor eliminator and cleaning products. 5/10 this property the only thing i found great was the location is right next to the beach. I would not come back again.

Pros: Location: The hotel is right on the beach, which is a major plus. Easy beach access and just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Kitchen: The in-room kitchen was fairly well equipped, with decent utensils and appliances for light cooking, which added some convenience to our stay. Cons: Room Condition: The room had a unpleasant smell when we arrived which eventually went away when the ac was turned on. It felt dated overall, with visible wear and tear. Cleanliness: The couch and drapes were stained, and the drawers also had an odor. These issues made the room feel less clean and comfortable than expected. Bathroom Maintenance: On our last night, the tub began draining slowly and eventually stopped draining entirely around 1 a.m. We called the front desk, but were told maintenance wouldn’t be available until 6–7 a.m.—which was frustrating, especially given the late hour and our early checkout. Fortunately, my hubby found a way to make the drain work. Overall: While the beachfront location and kitchen were definite highlights, the condition of the room and the delayed maintenance response were disappointing. With some updates and stronger attention to cleanliness and service responsiveness, this property could offer a much better guest experience. As it stands, I’d only recommend it to those who prioritize location over comfort.

Nice resort a little dated but overall very nice. Pool's were very well maintained. Staff was excellent. My only complaint was owner of the unit we stayed didn't pay the power bill and our power went out but the staff offered to move us to another unit. After contacting the owner the power was restored and we got a credit. Overall unit 210 was a very nice room and didn't smell!
