Updated Oceanfront 16th floor w/ Amazing Views!

This newly updated unit is located on the 16th floor of the Patricia Grand Resort and new king bed with loveseat sleeper! Not one, but TWO oceanfront balconies to enjoy the best views at the Resort! Don't start your vacation standing in line at the registration counter either, go straight to your room with your own unique door code and start enjoying your stay!
This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room. NOTE: City of Myrtle Beach restricts beach access for pets between Memorial day and Labor day to before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. There is a small park next to the resort that welcomes pet as well.

The Patricia Grand Resort is close to EVERYTHING in Myrtle Beach and offers all the amenities that you expect from an oceanfront resort hotel and more. From family friendly dining to fabulous swimming pools, this spacious and affordable Myrtle Beach hotel promises a fun and memorable stay for the entire family. Perfect little getaway

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about with the condo. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our stay was better than we imagined, with breathtaking views, privacy, and a full kitchen with all the accessories we needed. The indoor pool and hot tubs made the rainy day as much of a vacation as the sunny days! 10/10 would want to stay again.

Dream Solo Vacation

I wanted a relaxing solo vacation where i could see the beach, take walks, and relax. This was absolutely perfect! The 2 balconies had amazing views. I could actually sit in bed and see the beach & the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. The last night i enjoyed fireworks on the beach from the comfort of my bed. Great vacation!!

Unique layout of room with everything needed to make our stay comfy! Loved the little details like the complimentary snack and cute bed display with chocolates. Hotel overall was clean and well-kept. The room and the view was amazing! Property manager very quick response. Great location. The only thing I would have loved to have would’ve been some umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Other than that we had a lovely time!!

Christmas Getaway

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The space is very well equipped. Views were amazing. Was get to be able to bring our fur-babies (yorkies). We were able to take them on walks on the beach due to the time of year. The location is great, only a mile or so walk down the beach to the boardwalk. Would definitely go back!

Week on the beach

This condo is very spacious with excellent views from both balconies. Nothing like waking up to views of the ocean. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities and were very clean. Our door lock battery died and the owner responded right away within 5 mins. He fixed it right away. We hope we will be able to rent the same condo next year.

Perfect Getaway

Better than expected. The listing photos are nice but somehow doesn’t do the place justice. The two balconies are wonderful, providing an escape from (or to) the sunshine and deliver amazing ocean views! The bed was comfy and kitchen thoughtfully stocked. Loved the welcoming snacks. Perfect for a couple or maybe a young family with one or two very small kids. The outside pool and hot tub was surprisingly warm (late March). Didn’t try inside pools but many people were enjoying them. Loved the weekend tiki bar and poolside DJ although the music was a little too loud (I’m old lol). The rude guests in the unit directly below us put their dog on their balcony one night and left it to bark ALL night resulting in no sleep for us. Very frustrating and we didn’t think we could complain to the front desk. This of course is not Tom’s fault by any means. The place was clean, elevators worked great. Has an easy, short walk to the beach. Definitely will return!
