Great location for a visit with our student from Coastal Carolina University. House was exactly as described and accommodated our group nicely. We were in need of towels and within a couple hours they were delivered to us. The pool was close to the unit and offered a great opportunity for our down time.

Unacceptable Conditions – Unsafe, Unclean, and Poorly Maintained PropertyI normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this rental (4408 Unit C) was deeply disappointing and concerning enough that I feel compelled to warn others — and urge the platform to take immediate action.Upon arrival, we encountered a long list of unresolved maintenance and cleanliness issues that made our stay extremely uncomfortable and, in some cases, unsafe.Major issues included:•The downstairs shower was non-functional — the rain head didn’t work at all, and the only option was a weak, low-pressure spout. We were forced to splash water over ourselves just to attempt a shower.•The upstairs shower was leaking, and both the rain head and spout were loose. No one should be forced to bathe like this in a paid rental.•There was no shower curtain liner, so water leaked out with every use, making the tile floor dangerously slippery. We had to use multiple towels just to soak it up. A staff member casually dismissed this as “normal,” and said housekeeping would bring a liner — no one ever came.•TV remotes throughout the house were not functioning, and the living room remote had a dying battery.•The gold front door handle was loose and missing a screw, which compromised our sense of security.•Clogged sinks, lightbulbs out, and a broken towel rack added to the growing list of maintenance problems.•Towels smelled of mildew and were moist upon arrival, suggesting they

Golf Trip

Overall a fantastic home in a great location. I would definitely recommend to others. Minor suggestion would be access to extra blankets. Only complaint was no instruction on how dispose of garbage. The trash cans in the garage were duct taped closed.

Great location for golf lovers

The villa was very nice, plenty of room for all 3 guests, the kitchen was delightful and there was lots of light. The location was pretty peaceful except for the occasional birds being birds but that's nature! The only downsides we ran into with outlr stay was that the shower in the bathroom with the queen beds did not get much warmer than lukewarm so we had to share a bathroom. The bathtub in that bathroom did not switch over to a shower either but overall, we made due. We were a little disappointed that we weren't able to access the pool and hot tub because we didn't receive any passes or fobs for it. The person at the front office was not the nicest to us with the parking pass pickup. No fault of the owner of the VRBO really but made it more stressful and being unable to relax the final evening at the pool as planned was a bummer. Overall, nice place.
