My aunt, mom and I booked here for our annual beach vacation. First, we loved the close access to the pool. It’s literally mere steps from the front door. The grounds of the complex are beautiful, well-maintained and we felt safe. It was quiet and the condo is within 15-20 minutes of driving to pretty much anywhere on the south side. As for the negatives, we had issues upon checking in when the door pad key did not work. The only contact information I was given was for the cleaning service. I called her and she helped us in. Cleanliness was a non issue except for a sticky floor when we first arrived (which was taken care of immediately with a phone call) as well as personal items from previous guests in one of the bedrooms. We had issues with the Roku working in one of the bedrooms and I had to take one from one bedroom to put in another for things to work. I suggest investing in smart TVs for every room instead of Roku plugins. Smart TVs are too cheap to not have the convenience of them. Another HUGE issue we experienced was the comfortability of the furniture. From beds (hard) to sofas (that are old and the springs are worn out) to the furniture on the porch (falling apart , there was absolutely no where to sit comfortably without carrying pillows around with you for extra cushioning. We couldn’t even enjoy a movie on the sofa because they were so uncomfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but we definitely won’t rebook this condo mostly due to the comfort issues.
