Room was clean. Looks like some furniture was added later looks odd. Found a really strange bug in the bathroom (kinda worm/kimda mosquito). Lots of construction was our pool was in use. Had to go 3 hotels over for indoor pool. Never used it because it was too cold to go over to the other hotel. Mattresses really hard not very comfortable.

This hotel is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location, it’s clean, and our bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The DJ at the pool was terrific. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was descent, the beds are hard and the comforter was super thin more like a slightly thicker flat sheet. Due to weather most things were closed. Inside pools had green tint to water and the elevator was really sketchy as far as safety.

The beach view was AMAZING!!✨✨✨✨ The room/bathroom and balcony were clean and very comfortable!! The housekeeping staff were kind, hospitable and on point I never had to wait for what I needed or ask twice! With basic necessities covered such as a microwave and small refrigerator. I was also very impressed with the guest laundry room they had it was very convenient, so make sure you bring laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets. They had multiple pools and a lazy river and a hot tub which I did not use because it was too cold. This particular area is very nice and well maintained from what I saw. It would’ve been nice if they had beach chairs for guests. Things that I did not like were that the lobby was closed and I being an out of towner, had a hard time finding the location of where I needed to go to register and the lobby was closed my entire stay. So if you needed something you had to walk somewhere else. The customer service was basically “sorry but you’re on your own”. So be prepared for that. Also after you book the room you will get notification of a $250 hold on your card which is refundable or a fee of 39.99$(not refunded)for a deposit for any damage done to your room. If you don’t have either you will have spent all that money and still not get a room so include that in your spending money budget. But overall, I would recommend this place for others to go. It’s literally gorgeous and peaceful and and relaxing and a very nice time once you know what to expect!

First every time I had contact with the front desk the associate didn’t seem to care. The rest of the staff were great and seemed to care about our stay. Our first morning there was about a 30 second power outage, but it took till early evening till the tv came back. Not a big deal bc we didn’t spend the day in the room. We did enjoy our stay.

Have stayed here twice. We had a great stay. It’s a great spot and close to the airport. Our only complaint was the that the swim up bar wasn’t open because there was no lifeguard. Would definitely stay again.
