The manager was very rude. Kicked my 78 year old father out who is a Vietnam veteran cause he used a towel to wipe down the counters with it. She is very disrespectful and doesn't deserve her job honestly. She does room inspection's which I never heard of. If u upset her in any way she kicks you out and puts you on a no rent list. Which isn't fair over a towel that she told us to keep the room clean then turns around to do that Very rude person very very rude.

To stay at motel 6 was really nice got to watch the ball drop on Dick Clark's rockin Eve with my puppy's first new year one thing that really stood out besides the friendliness of the staff at front was the fact that my room had a two burner electric cooktop in the counter as well as a sink plus a microwave in a mini refrigerator that was all very convenient 🙂 Expedia gave me a wonderful break on the price which I had needed since I am on vacation and had used a little bit extra coming down here to enjoy the warm weather the room heat and air conditioning worked well the bed was comfortable so it was a nice New Year's Eve 👍💯

Check in was smooth. Got a side ways look because i wanted my bycicle indoors. Once in the room. Definitely cockroach infestation. All over the place. I slept on top of the sheets. I have bug bites. Not itchy. Semi pain in the bites.oh and wifi is trash! I had better connection in third world countries

This is a dive motel where even ladies of the evening would not take their johns for a quicky. The bed was a rock, the noise level from other rooms was terrible, the smell of someone burning food on an in-room hotplate drifted thru out the floor we were on. This is the last place you would want to stay. The only reason we were there was due to location as we were helping friend move from MB. The other hotels wanted a resort fee for nothing more opened than a pool at that time of the year. Myrtle beach is no longer a place I want to visit.

Worst experience ever at a hotel .. didn’t get checked in till late Saturday night around 12 asked the overnight desk clerk for a late checkout because of the time I was getting in from traveling . He agreed and said he would put in in the computer for me so they didn’t bother me early the next morning … got worked up a total of 8 times throughout the morning from housekeeping and the morning shift lady was the worst . I opened the door and she said you need to leave checkout is at 11am . I kindly said I asked for late checkout for 12 she said I don’t care what you asked for you didn’t ask me for one and we don’t even do late checkouts anyways . I said okay and closed the door and this was at 10 still a house from the mandatory checkout time . Not even 5 minutes later housekeeping comes back and beats on the door. I finally just left ! I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel . Worst experience I’ve ever had

Desk staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and service oriented. The facility is old but clean. Although first floor room had microwave, fridge, and two electric burners -- there were NO POTS, PLATES, UTENSILS, etc. Likewise, there was no blowdryer. One light in room didn't work. A/C struggled to remove humidity and clothes that were hanging absorbed an unpleasant odor.

Loved my stay

GPS takes you to the comfort inn and the motel 6 sign is at the car lot pay attention and you'll get it right. Motel 6 is very clean and quiet although no breakfast staff is very helpful and friendly and attentive room was great and comfortable although the TV was a bit small but watchable. 11 minutes to the beach straight shot. I will recommend and book again loved my stay!!!
