Guests will have access to the condo, two on-site parking passes, outdoor pools (seasonal), the laundry area, and the grilling area. Beach access is just steps away, directly across the street with public entry and bathhouse facilities.

Important Check-In Note:
Guests must check in at our office prior to going to the condo. You will receive your access instructions and keys there. You will not be able to access the property without these instructions. Contact us if you have not received check-in information before your arrival.

Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• No daily housekeeping.
• Only 2 parking passes per reservation.
• Public beach access is located directly across the street—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing.
• Outdoor pools are seasonal and subject to availability. Please message us for specific opening dates.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
