We unfortunately and unknowingly went through a 3rd party unassociated with Carolina Winds. We paid an extra $40 for ONE BED TO BE MAID AND FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK WE HAD 4 BATH TOWELS to be shared for two occupants. I would NEVER recommend Ocean Front Properties. They are 25 minutes one way in the opposite direction of our drive and they wanted the pool bracelets and parking pass returned to their unopened office. I was successful in being able to leave them in the room after making such a big deal. The lady at the office of course said it’s the HOA rule. We have stayed at least 8 times at Carolina Winds and have never been asked to return the bracelets. The facility meets our needs and we know to go through only their site in the future. My ratings are not a reflection of dealing with Carolina Winds but a reflection of Ocean Front Properties.
