Our beautiful home is located in the MH Section on the corner of Dick Pond Drive and Campground Road.
Recently built in 2019, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which include 2 queen beds and 1 full bed.
Our spacious deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade, while enjoying a constant breeze and lake view.
Once returning from the beach, you will take pleasure in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
The home will sleep 6 comfortably. We recommend no more than 4 adults and 2 children.
Each bedroom is equipped with cable and smart TV’s along with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and beautiful soft close cabinets.
Wonderful outdoor seating underneath with a sectional sofa and tv. Beautiful lake views.

We do not allow pets or smoking.
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.
Linens and towels included.
Maximum 2 cars allowed.
Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per vehicle (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchased prior to 10 days of arrival.
