Reviewer Comments: Door was a bit hard to open - directions on opening diagram were not correct- Condo was as described in pictures- it was clean and decor was nice- dryer was outdated took awhile to dry clothes- 2nd bedroom tv didn’t work - didn’t bother to call about it - it would be nice if there was a hook on hall bathroom door to hang towels - also a table on the balcony would be nice - elevator didn’t work one day but maintenance took care of it in a couple hours - the North building is a bit difficult to unload and reload car since elevator is towards front of building and parking is limited and it doesn’t connect to the other buildings

The only exception this year was the development of a medical issue toward the last few days of our vacation that sort of dampened the experience. Hopefully we will be able to come again next year with a better outcome.

Other than that, it is a great, quiet location. Beach is right across the street. Condo had everything we needed. Well decorated, just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to SC. Rental company responded immediately to any questions we had. We loved it here. You're within 10-15 minutes to all the major attractions.

The condo is lovely, clean and most areas have been updated. The kitchen is excellent, contains everything you need, and we cook nearly every day.The dining table needs to be larger and the dryer should be replaced, otherwise everything is great.

We love Myrtle Beach and the condo was very nice. We want to come back next year. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing that took getting used to was the lock on the door.After the first day we were fine. It was very clean. Thanks for a great week!

Nice family vacation

Amazing Place!!

This is our second year staying at Anchorage 1! Last year was a different condo, but still amazing!!!! 10/10 recommend for anybody. ONLY negative this time was the elevator was down the whole time and my dad has bad knees so it wasn’t easy taking the steps. Condo though was very nice and great. Will be back again!!

When we arrived on Saturday we discovered the master bathroom shower did not work. Maintenance came back on Monday to fix it, so we all had to use one shower until then. The unit was clean for the most part, except the couches had a urine smell to them. It may have been from guests sitting on them with wet bathing suits. Either way, they had an oder to them. Lastly, the washer and dryer are outdated and could be replaced. The dryer left brown marks on my white clothes. Overall, we were happy with our stay and it’s a great location.
