Room was moldy and smelly so bad. Fridge was rusty. Mirror was on floor not hung on wall. Towels were dirty. Room was so disgusting I thought the smell was hallway but when in room it was worse left to cancel booking and hallways didn’t smell as bad as the room. Broke out in hives from being there for 20 mins drove 13 hours for vacation to be in emergency room to get a steroid shot because mold was so bad. Room smells like 20 Lysol bottles were used to cover the smell

This place is seriously outdated. The only perk IS being on the beach/beach access/ ocean views. Everything is old (carpet/ bedding/furniture) and rusty (shower and tissue holder/sink/balcony door) inside the room. Place has great potential, just needs some serious renovations, especially for the money they’re definitely overcharging for. Really felt like a scam.

The property is old and run down. The entire unit needs repairs. The toilet rocked. The toiletries we had was one 1oz shampoo and one 1oz lotion for 4 people. There was one coffee cup. The remote and the phone did not work. We left one day early because of these issues. We will not got back. I will be contacting expedia.com for a refund.

I genuinely am not someone who writes poor reviews, unfortunately this stay is going to be the exception. We show up and our room reeks of cigarettes, no towels at all, the door to the balcony is opened, the sheets felt grimy and there were things left over from previous guests. They make requirements that you wash your dishes (understandable) but provided no dish soap unless you go to the front desk. I interacted with the front desk multiple times and multiple people wouldn’t even speak to me. Not a grunt, not a nod or a greeting. They would just grab what I asked for and walk away. I was not unkind once and felt it was rude. They also always had AirPods in with a phone in hand every time. They are unable to answer questions like where to park a golf cart as if they don’t advertise the service themselves. I don’t believe I will ever stay here again.

The gym is a joke. Please.You can't call it that. 3 piece's of equipment. I think they where donated. Please put a Bowflex or a universal in there. Indoor pool was great, along with the (2) hot tubs. River City grille inside is a nice place and very reasonable. This place is my favorite in MB.

Room itself was nice but it seems they put all overnight people on the same floor and they were all super loud and disrespectful. Was woken up multiple times during the night and even early morning. Simply wanted a good nights rest and was denied. Will definitely look elsewhere next time for a more peaceful night.
