"Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. "Hotel was perfect some staff was helpful some wasn’t , girl at check in was nice and helpful during our stay our first morning I went to reception because my wife came out the shower and there was no hair dryer , so asked man said some one will come up right away , 30 mins later no one arrived went back down and asked again once again he said right away 10 mins later it arrived, next day I asked for tea bags he said yes right away an hour later I asked again he said right again but girl went and got them and handed to me,apart from that hotel was good."
