The Services can be better at the price we paid.

There was leakage in Flush. We were allotted twin beds even after letting the person on front desk know that we are married couple. We had to ask for all the information on timing's of breakfast, wifi password, menu card for dinner to be ordered in our room. Reception completely ignored our request for Menu card, finally I had to go and talk to kitchen in charge to get the menu card. After room cleaning there were no towels in the room, I had to call and get it. Dental kit could have been provided at the price at which hotel Booking was done.

Very boring place,No park, surrounding construction people can peep into the windows if we open the window. we couldnot get any sunlight from outside, or watch views. least amenities, poor breakfast, huge amount collected from us. Its normally Rs.2000 only per day. The hotel people told not to book through Expedia since it costs humongous amount but very least amenities. Same type of rooms costs only Rs.1700 to Rs. 2000 per day. Even if it is a seasonal/wk end it should not cost more than 3000 . Totally its not a happy experience for us, since our expectations were not met since having paid Rs.9000 we did not get the pleasant experience. No room services for food since we came late after a long wait at the brindavan gardens parking. I do not suggest this place to anyone for high cost low value experience.

Nicely located hotel near Mysore Palace .

Hotel will suit those transiting through Mysore or for a short stay. Location is very nice and so is cleanliness. Good value for money. I stayed twice. travel desk is value add. Parking is a benefit.

A US$15 at $55. Old smelly bedding and rud staff

It is not a 3 star and really is a 2. Charging $43 + $12 fees fooled me thinking it's a upscale 3 star. It's worth US$15. Staff is rud and don't try to explain or fix less to apologies. Wifi was great and did not drop out. They charge luxury tax where there is no luxury and just a basic room and an ugly shower. Their pictures is not what it is today and maybe was from opening day. Looks over 20 years old. Rouph bed with smelly sheets.

Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Broken bathroom

Understaffed hotel!! Not worth the high price! Bedsheets had not been changed. Pillow covers were dirty and used. Plastic cheap bathroom doors with broken handle.

Terrible room condition when checked in.

Dirty floors, stained and dirty bed sheets covers, dirty pillows with hairs when entered into room after check-in. Asked for change of room. Person at the reception came and saw the condition and gave a new room. But that new room was also in similar condition. Then they cleaned that room before moving into that. Will never go to Ginger hotels in the future.

Its a nice budget hotel with minimum facilities. very near to zoo, palace, bus stand, mall of mysore, kaaranji lake.. cleanliness is good and breakfast is veey good with limited options.

Hotel nearest to Zoo and Palace.

Hotel is found ok. Bath room is not up to the mark. Room size is very small and congested. South indian foods were not available and complimentary break fast is not available. For a day its ok.

Good, clean and value for money hotel

Ginger Mysore hotel proved to be a very good choice for our family trip during the last week of Dec.2013. The check in was smooth and fast. The Manger, Mr Sunil was very kind and courteous and was guiding every new visitor to Mysore with travel tips. The only downside was the non-functional wi-fi. However, the whenever I approached the front desk staff permitted me to access internet through their office systems. I did not feel the absence of wi-fi.The hotels.com booking site does not forewarn about the absence of complimentary breakfast at the booking window. There was a huge embarrassment when my Malaysian guests went to have their breakfast and were asked to pay for their breakfast. They found it fishy,believing the conventional practice of "complimentary breakfast". When the matter was raised, both the restaurant staff and the counter staff clarified the position in a polite manner and said the booking did not include complimentary breakfast. However, when we extended our stay for a day due to non-availability of confirmed train tickets for our return journey, the manger was kind enough to compensate the above with a complimentary breakfast for all the members on the last day of stay. Contrary to popular belief, the room alloted to us was not small.I strongly recommend Ginger Mysore for those who are keen to get good value for money, clean rooms and great service.

Room was small. bed was very comfortable. bathroom smelled like urine.management tried to clean the bathroom again but could not get rid of smell. smell could have been coming from floor drain. convenient to have coffee day right on ground floor of hotel.

Horrible Experience

Doesn't look like 3* hotel / Taj Group of Hotels? Rooms were not looking good and wi-fi was not working and need to complain everytime. Hotel Manager provided the worst room to us which was refurbished and there was no transparency. Thought of cancelling my third day in that hotel. Room rate is also fluctuating which creates demand but not upto the expectation. for this amount, there are good hotels in mysore with Complimentary breakfast which is not available in Ginger.
