"This is a wonderful hotel. My room was very clean and spacious. The staff were really nice and helpful. My only complaint is the valet service takes forever. The roof top pool is really nice and the bar upstairs has a nice chill vibe to it. "

"Parking is very convenience. Staff personnel are available anytime. Shuttle van is available until 4pm. Recommend to extent hours of shuttle bus services. My doctor’s appt at MD Anderson Cancer Center ended at 5pm. I have to book thru Uber going back to the Inn. Shuttle van driver is friendly & helpful."

"This is a perfect property if you need to be by the NRG Center/Stadium. The was very good, but the property manager, Erika, was top notch! She communicated promptly and was extremely helpful with our questions about the area and was attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay there again."

"Breakfast was fresh. They were already breaking it down and stopped coffee by 9:40 when it shows to be served til 10am. Check in guy was nice when he got to us, but we were not a priority and had to wait because the other worker didn’t want to stop to check us in. Nothing that was a big deal. Just irritating when it’s late & you’re ready to get settled. "

"Staff was very helpful! The lady on the front desk was really friendly. But the place is dirty everywhere! Since I only needed a place for a few hours, I chose this hotel because I thought it would offer good value for money based on the reviews I saw. BUT… The carpets on the Building 2 smelled like mold, there was a lot of trash outside the building, one of the lamps didn’t work, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the furniture was old. I came based on the reviews I read on Google, but apparently they are not reliable. Don’t worth the money!"
