  • Very well maintained and fully furnished apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator, just 2 minutes from Nabeul beach (Résidence Le Fort) and 1 km from the city center.

    The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + an extra mattress), a large bright living room with balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, gas stove), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet.

    Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating for optimal comfort in all seasons. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the garden and the sea from the windows and balcony. Private parking available.

    Ideal for a family or a group of 4 to 6 people wishing to enjoy the sea and the Tunisian sun in a quiet and comfortable setting, for a stay of a few days to several weeks.

    Location:
    On foot, you can easily access the beach and the Nabeul corniche, the restaurants and cafes by the sea, the supermarket and the Energy Sports Club right next door. The tourist area of Nabeul with its hotels and entertainment is also in the immediate vicinity.
    Nabeul town centre and its handicraft souk, known for its pottery and ceramics, are 1 km away. Hammamet, an international seaside resort, is a 15-minute drive away.
