Labelle very private holiday home with its own private pool

A beautiful holiday home (170m2) with private pool for up to 12 people completely renovated with great taste and love! Labelle is completely private (no direct road and no neighbors) overlooking the meadows and forests. The house is ideal for several families.

Living room with large open kitchen with direct access to the southern terrace. 1 Bedroom 25 m2 with double bed 160 x 200. Bathroom, toilet.

1st floor
1 bedroom 25 m2 with bed 160 x 200 and bathroom, 1 bedroom 17 m2 with bed 160 x 200 and one dormitory with 3 bunk beds 90 x 190. Bathroom and toilet.

Outside
In the garden behind the house there is a beautiful private swimming pool (10 x 5) fully fenced. This pool also has a security hard cover. Plenty of space to play football. The large southern terrace has direct access to the kitchen. At the front of the house there is aslo a nice terrace, to enjoy an evening meal or just a cup of coffee.

Surroundings
Labelle is centrally located so that the beautiful places as Gourdon, Sarlat and La Roque Gageac are within reach. The distance to the Dordogne River is 10 km.
