I stayed in the panoramic apartment with amazing views of old town Cuenca. Great location. One block to Parque Calderon. Tia store across the street and bakery downstairs. Very cozy and clean unit. I’ll definitely stay here again. All the staff was lovely.

My husband and I so enjoyed our three night stay here over Easter. Everything was superb, and I can't recommend it enough.
We had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and the food and service were so good, we weren't tempted to have dinner anywhere else. Choose a table in the conservatory, which is like dining in a jewel box. I highly recommend the strawberry "carpaccio" served with basil ice cream. Beautiful, clever and very tasty!

It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada

We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again.
