"We had a great stay at Eden Holiday Park. The accommodation left a very positive impression. The room was well-equipped, with facilities that allowed us to cook meals and watch TV. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the best part was that the house was sunny, well-ventilated, and bright, without any dampness. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed a few more days."

"Located in the centre of Mallacoota, a small town at a river mouth in Eastern Victoria. Actually it feels like a large caravan park, with a central shopping precinct including the hotel/motel. The hotel has a bistro, and there is a Chinese restaurant across the road. Included in the motel was a complementary breakfast box of cereal, milk, fruit juice and muesli bar, enough to get you started the first day, in addition to the usual tea, coffee, etc. Onsite parking. It's an older building, but room was clean and fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Interesting history in the area if you visit the WW2 communication bunker near the local airfield."

"While the place on the surface looks nice, the Captains Cottage was situated near service entrance which made early mornings noisy with trucks and drop offs and also near the bins. In addition the wifi was pretty much non existence and staff was not very helpful when we brought it up. Finally the place was a little damp - smelling a little mouldy especially near the kitchen/fridge area."

"The cottage was exactly what we needed for our overnight stay on the way up the coast. Very clean, tidy and super comfortable bed. Welcoming of our dog Ashby and it was great to have a secure outdoor area for him and even his own dog bowl for the stay. We especially loved the little balcony with sea glimpses and the location, which was close enough to walk into the main street for something to eat and to take lovely nature walks with the dog. Would highly recommend!"
