However, improvements in cleanliness, dietary accommodation, and English communication would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"The staff were very helpful and polite, one member of the reception team made sure I had a parking space after I left and returned. They all accommodated my poor Japanese. The facilities are very good, clean and the TV entertainment was very good with recent cinema releases."
