This is my second time booking with this hotel branch. The hospitality, and quality has exceeded my expectation both times. The hotel is in such a convenient location. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. There are a variety of restaurants around the area that are popular for traditional dishes. In terms of the staff, they were super helpful and accommodating to my requests.

Nagoya-Shirakawa Go getaway

Richmond Hotel Nagayo is conveniently located near our favorite places and is right in front of the Nagoya City tourist loop bus P758. Breakfast is sufficient. Rooms are bigger that’ll the usual Japan hotels

2-Day Business Trip

Excellent service from very helpful staff. Good size room for a Japan business hotel and very clean and quiet. A little too far from the main train station and the other train line which is nearby is not really convenient. The bathroom is in excellent condition but tired and could be updated. If I was staying longer for work in the downtown area it would be perfect but for short trips to go in and around it is not the right choice.
