Hotel was nice. However, the outside of the property is not photographed so you can’t see the surrounding areas which is in a very contested area that seems a bit unsafe for foreigners. So that was a bit deceiving but other than that the hotel was fine.

The stay was okay. I had an early morning flight and got to the hotel around 3:00 am. While they were able to accommodate the early morning check in (I booked the day before I arrived just in case but they said they could have accommodated the early morning check in for free) the room they gave me had not been cleaned. The toilet was especially dirty and had pee on the seat. When I went down to tell the man at the front desk staff (and to get towels because there were none in the room) he said the cleaners were not there and I would have to wait until the next day for them to clean it. Since I checked in so early in the morning I went over 24 hours with an uncleaned room. Other than that the stay was good. The hotel itself is nice although Eastleigh was an experience to say the least. As many other reviews have mentioned, there are A LOT of people in the area and a lot of traffic. Just beware that many uber drivers refused to drive me back to the hotel because they didn’t want to be in Eastleigh. I will say as a solo woman traveler I didn’t feel unsafe as long as I was on guard but I also just went between the hotel and Ubers.

I just got back from a 3 night stay at Baraka Tower and it was such a nice hotel with amazing central ac! I loved the staff so friendly and attentive! The breakfast was pretty good too. I had dinner a couple of nights and enjoyed the food. Big servings too! I was always greeted and asked how everything was. I recommend staying here. Budget friendly and pretty close to everything I needed. Ubers are easy to get and super cheap! $2-$4usd depending where you're going.

Ansonsten alles supper.
