Our family of 5 enjoyed a 4 night stay whilst we explored Nairobi. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. There is a good variety of food available at breakfast and on the restaurant menu. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the location is perfect for walking to The Sarit Centre for food or shopping. As with many hotels in Kenya the hot water could be patchy and there were some very minor maintenance issues (eg one of our bathroom doors didn’t shut properly) but these didn’t detract from our stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for any type of traveller.

This property is very close to neighborhoods with restaurants, bars, and entertainment, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodations were not fancy, but very comfortable and met all of our needs. For the price, I think this hotel is a good value and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel location was perfect comapred to the price i got, the room had a small water problem but they fixed it as soon as i informed them, also the shower didnt had cold water only hot water was working which was funny but not a big problem, but the most important thing is that the manager was a very nice man and the staff were so helpfull more than you can ever imagine, i extended my stay there for a couple of days without any problems, i stayed more than 10 days in total and they made me feel at home, in general for me it was a perfect place to stay ofc compared to its price, PS : i want to thank especially Dennis the janitor working there he is such a nice young man

The Wi-Fi was completely out, and I asked for help for eight hours. Since I work in the IT department, I suggested we reboot the machine. However, they kept saying they’d send staff to figure it out, but no one showed up.

Vi havde problemer mrd wifi, og skiftede værelse flere gange for at afhjælpe det. Motionscenteret var småt og ikke veludstyret. Svimmingpoolen var dejlig. Vi havde et meget stort værelse med separat opholdsrum og soveværelse. Personalet er virkelig hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er stor og varieret Ligger tæt på et center "Sarit" hvor der er mulighed for shopping af alt. Anbefales. Vi var der 14 dage.

Sarit センターショッピングモールの駐車場の目の前で、便利な場所でした。2月終わりは朝晩に土砂降りの雨で、ホテルのレストランはブッフェ形式の食事がとれたので便利でした。でも、廊下の声、水の流れる音、窓の外の音がうるさくて耳栓が必要でした。タオルがボロボロで、シャワーが冷たく、残念でした。部屋は広くてベッドは快適でした。でも、部屋が暗かったです。
