Stunning hotel - beautiful decor inside the rooms and reception and dining areas. Pool area is magnificent. Friendly, welcoming staff as well. Great location - in central Nairobi and attached to Village Mall for all the amenities needed.

Staff were amazing! We stayed there 3 times a various points throughout our safaris & travels and couldn’t have been happier! It was through this hotel that we met Jeff, our indispensable driver. He was nothing short of a blessing. He took amazing care of us during our day trip around Nairobi & our endless trips to & from the airports for our Kenya & Tanzania adventures. If you go to Nairobi and need a driver ask for Jeff.

Great two Night Stay

Tribe is a great hotel, had a brilliant culture, and serves fantastic food They even offered is a complimentary late room check out as I had a late flight back to the up on my last day in Nairobi An added advantage is that you can use the heated top floor pool at the sister hotel ‘Trademark’ which adjoins the neighboring Mall, we took full advantage of that option We arrived late on the first day so had to settle for the room service menu, it was the best quality room service menu that I have ever experienced

Safe, clean and just right to collapse after a long day. Great amenities and proximity to shops to meet any needs you may have. Food, even room service was excellent.

Amazing hotel

Incredible hotel with such wonderful staff from security to reception to house keeping - everyone is so welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. Do not miss the restaurant or spa which are both amazing. Village market mall right next door for anything you could need

I have stayed at The Tribe a handful of times now and I am never disappointed. The property is always clean, my room was very nice and clean, I love the menu selection, especially the healthy choices on the breakfast menu. I would like to recognize all of the restaurant staff, and Virginia in Housekeeping especially for being so friendly and accomodating to me and my son during our stay. A favorite place for business and leisure.

The Tribe is beautifully located in the Gifiri district convenient to great shopping and amazing restaurant. I am especially excited that they now have the Kaya Spa onsite and it is lovely. A shout out to many of my favorite staff including Phillippe and Purity at Jiko Restaurant!

I had an amazing stay at Tribe! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved the shower. I enjoyed my time and relaxation at the spa where I got a 10/10 massage and spent time in the sauna. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating as well.
