"We loved our 5 day stay here. Our “lodge” overlooked the river gorge with the lovely sound of the river and views of the National Park. The gardens are stunning, like being in Kew Gardens. Staff were attentive. The food in the dining room was elaborate and flavourful - with lots of choice at the buffet. We would not hesitate to recommend nor return for another visit."

"The hotel is very well located if you are going to be at the KiCC or anything in the near CBD. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially Carol at the front desk. The hotel has 3 restaurants so you are sorted for meals. Great place, I highly recommend it."

"My housekeeper Lucy, waiter Peter, The gym trainers and the massage youngman were excellent. They made my stay wonderful. The building and room can be updated.The bathroom flooded eveytime l showered. I needed extra towel to wipe the floor everytime. The menu in the resturant should have more selection. Entertaintment is solely needed. The issue of paying with a card continually was promblematic."

"My arrival got off to a complicated start, at reception my reservation and room weren't checked and I was given the key to a budget room, I declined that and was shown another room which was budget with a TV, which I said this isn't the room I've prepaid for, the hotel staff didn't seem to believe I'd booked a executive pool view room until I showed them my booking and receipt that I'd prepaid, I was eventually given the right room with the intervention of a staff member Joyce because I told her...
