"One of our favorite hotels from our trip, and we would happily stay here again. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a convenient location near the station and no noise issues. We liked the complimentary essentials in the lobby, relaxing onsen and the convenience of having a FamilyMart, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The staff were also helpful and assisted with our luggage transport. Highly recommend!"

"2nd time staying at KOKO Ginza. 1st time stayed at non-premium floor. This time at premium floor. Some noticeable differences. Some good, some just different. The room was bigger in a sense that it had an area for me to open my luggage completely. Products in the bathroom were better too, including facial lotions, face wash, mouthwash, and hair brush. Coffee pod machines were available in the room, but also in the lounge area. A premium floor dedicated coin washer/dryer machine was available too. Towel situation was harder to understand for those who don’t need full cleaning service or don’t want entry. At the lower floors, a nonwoven bag was provided for you to put your dirty towels and hang on your door in exchange for clean ones. At the premium floor, people had to leave the dirty towels outside on the floor and then fresh towels were hung on your door in a paper bag. I think the lower floor system was better as the dirty pile of towels in the hallways in the morning were a little unsightly. Not 100% sure if I’d pay extra for the premium floor again, but the extra space could be worth it. I do have a 3rd stay booked at the lower floors again."

"Room was large, especially for Japan standards. The king bed was also much wider than a standard king size. The rate for lounge access was a bit underwhelming, so if you can save money without it, I'd skip it. Also, we booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child, and apparently the 'included lounge breakfast " only applied for 2 adults. The hotel wanted over $30 USD for our child so we just opted to not eat breakfast there."

"Great location for the Disney parks and this hotel was wonderful and all the amenities in the room excellent. The room so comfortable and cleaned. You can walk to the sea park but Disney land is a little farther walk but they have shuttle service. Had a great stay would do it again. Breakfast was excellent as well"

"Fist of all the location is excellent. It is attached to a new mall and train station and as convenient as it can be. The mall has grocery stores, convenient stores and bunch of restaurants. The room is spacious enough to relax. Some of the Japanese hotels are very small that I felt too tight but this one.is not like that. The room was extremely quiet, which I loved. Two things I did not like.: When you are early to check in normally a front desk keeps your luggage safely. But this hotel has a luggage storage area that has cables and locks and you do it yourself using a IC card (Japanese transportation card) if you don't have padlock on your bag someone can access it easily. And the selves for luggage are two levels and lower level was full. We had to life heavy bags to the second shelf which was difficult. Another thing is we did not have bath tub in our room. (I don't know if there is an optional room that has bath tub ). There is a bath house one level down from the hotel but had to pay for it with time limit. If you go over the limit you have to pay 500yen for another limited time. The bath house was very small but clean and nice. They charge extra 1000 yen on weekends. I with I did not have to pay."
