"Great place to stay in Seoul, right next to a subway station and it has plenty of food options in the area. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was a great size and the shower was perfect. The breakfast gets real packed in the morning, but a great array of options are delivered."

"In general it's a nice hotel but i wouldn'tstay again. A couple of things that bothered me were: 1. We reserved a two-bedroom suite. That is a bit of a misnomer. They were bedrooms in a non-traditional sense. 2. The room offers zero privacy. If you're not traveling with your partner, know that the bathroom door is glass, the master bedroom door is glass, and there is no door on the second bedroom. Since I was traveling with a friend, a little privacy would have been much appreciated. Another thing that surprised me about this hotel is that they charge you for literally everything. I called to get some ice and they told me I had to go to the store and buy it. I wanted to store my luggage as I was leaving and I had to pay for that too. Water? Pay for it. It was just not what I'm used to in a hotel experience especially one at this price point. The positives are that the hotel is very clean and the beds are reasonably comfortable."

"Location was great, just steps from the city hall subway stop. Be aware there was noise from local construction we could hear at night and in the morning. Nothing really the hotel can do about that so it didn’t feel fair have it effect the rating but worthy to note. We used the pool and fitness centre and also did laundry."

The bathroom in particular stood out, with premium finishes, a spa-like feel, and attention to detail that elevated the entire stay. What truly separates this hotel, however, is the service. Every member of the staff consistently went above and beyond, creating an atmosphere that felt polished, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. From arrival to departure, the experience felt refined and seamless. The hotel manages to feel modern and upscale without becoming overly formal or pretentious. Whether traveling for business or leisure, it provides the kind of calm, luxurious environment that makes you look forward to returning at the end of the day. Overall, an outstanding property that competes comfortably with far more expensive luxury hotels in Seoul. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium experience, exceptional comfort, and service that genuinely exceeds expectations."
