Enjoy ocean view living in a spacious house. Roof deck is exclusive. Features include spacious patios. There are two kitchens attached. Main acrylic kitchen and attached spice kitchen. It is a level entry house with wheelchair accessible entry. Includes wifi, two smart TVs. Office has a mac apple computer. There is a dining table alongside ocean-view. Kitchen has a central island. There is kitchen aid fridge, two mile dishwasher, electric stove in the main kitchen. And a gas stove oven in spice kitchen. There is a microwave oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and electric kettle. There are wine glasses, cutlery for more than 10 people. Large motorized blinds. Sunrise and sunset views from the decks 180 degree ocean-view. Georgia strait is visible from the view. There are a few parks on walking distance. Liquor store and pipers pub 3 minutes away. Around 20 minutes from departure bay terminal. Islands biggest mall woodgrove mall is 10 minutes away. Neck point park is 5 minutes away. Departure bay beach 10 minute drive. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed. With double sink washroom, bathtub and a walk in closet. Three are three extra bedrooms on second floor. 2 bedrooms have a shared washroom. Third bedroom has on suite washroom and walk in closet. As per the city by law I will be on the third floor at the bottom. With a separate entry. House is ideal for events and parties.
