"Lack of hot water as just too many people staying and system can’t cope. Staff were helpful over this. Rooms not well soundproofed as can here above and adjacent. Location and parking good and food ok."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Canyon Hotel & Suites. Staff was very efficient and responsive. Best location if you are not staying in the park. Breakfast staff were outstanding, meeting our special request. Only minor issue was that one of the blinds in the bedroom would not raise but even that was a benefit as when trying to fix it, I looked out the window and saw eight elks walking across the parking lot. Not an everyday sight."
