"This was a great place to stay to access everything on St. Simon Island. It is so conveniently located to the lighthouse, the pier, the pier village shops and restaurants. The room was well decorated as was the Inn and everything was as pictured and very clean. The breakfast offered had cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, egg bites or oatmeal that could be warmed in the microwave, several breads selections. We did not use the pool, but it also was very clean. The only negative we have is that the parking under the facility was very tight in some spots due to the support columns, but they did have parking in the rear of the building or across the street as well. We will definitely return to stay here in the future."

"Great hotel! Very clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The only reason I gave it four stars is that we ended up in a hotel room (room 405) that had the plumbing installed backwards in the shower. So the hot was cold and the cold was hot. We didn’t realize this so we called the front desk, who had maintenance come up. They then explained this issue. My only problem is that maybe there should be some signage or something near the shower stating this. I didn’t even think to try it and just assumed the water wasn’t getting hot. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"The hotel had a musty smell when you first walked into the lobby, but overall it wasn’t entirely bad. However, once you got into the rooms, the rooms had amazing smell and they were very clean. Perhaps they may need to change their carpeting in the lobby and in the hallway because there are no carpets in the rooms so that’s why there’s no smells in there but overall the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this beautiful property. Ryan was an exceptional host, offering excellent communication and constant availability throughout our trip. The house itself is filled with natural light from beautiful windows, showcasing an incredible marsh view while remaining incredibly close to the beach club. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed, including a very well-stocked kitchen. We also greatly appreciated the comfortable beds, pillows, and quality towels that made our stay so relaxing."
