Actually there was nothing we did not like. We opted on our last night to dine at the hotel. We found it quiet and intimate. The food was excellent and the service was quick and our server was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

However the web page and confirmation were very unclear (read nonexistant) about how to find or get to the hotel from the airport. Ie take tram to terminal 3, go outside and walk across the street.
