We loved this hotel and consider the location to be perfect as a base camp for exploring Naples. and beyond. The room was super quiet, staff was available and helpful, and the area felt quite safe. We stayed 5 nights and were very happy we chose this place.

UNA Hotels Napoli
Room was small but clean, did get warm and had to call the desk to adjust the temperature. Some fixtures loose. Staff very accommodating. Rooftop terrace and dining was fantastic!

Palazzo Caracciolo Naples
Palazzo Caracciolo has been our go-to hotel for over a decade whenever we visit Naples, we go there once a year since my family leaves there. The staff is consistently fantastic, always helpful and courteous. Gennaro DS is the best!

Grand Hotel Vesuvio
The Grand Hotel is a mediocre, apparently 5*, hotel. I have stayed in 3* hotels which have been much better. In Naples, Parkers Hotel is far superior. The ‘superior’ room whilst reasonably spacious was drab and had no facility for making hot drinks. It was located on the side of the hotel and the ...

Palazzo Salgar
Checking in was seamless and quick. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our room was quaint and modern but the view was overlooking the alley. Excellent shower and very hot. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner menu is limited but delicious.
