It was a large room, offering oven and fridge (due to my short stay I did not use them). I expected a better view, my apartment had only view to the inner terrace. WiFi connection was rather unstable, but the owner responded immediately when I asked it and it was fixed. The owner was very polite and accommodating.

Good Value Accommodation

I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole apartment with kitchen available so you can cook your own food if you want. It is in an old building with a lot of character but has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I thought it excellent value, although I'm not sure whether this could be due to my visit being in March. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the Piazza Amedeo. The location in Chiaia district is an advantage as it has the reputation of being a safe area and is near the sea. I would be happy to come back here.

This was our first time to visit outside of the US. We weren’t sure what to expect. The room was beyond our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and very cool. We were confused at first about the location ,but the host is very responsive and quickly helped us. It’s not luxury accommodations, but if you are looking for a safe, clean, and reliable place to lay your head after a day of exploring, this is your place.

A two nights stay in Amedeo.

Very nice apartment with kitchen located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the building. Clean and neat. Close to the metro station and the beach.

Lovely B&B, all rooms have fridges

Lovely B&B in a safe but central area a few minutes’ walk from the sea front. We had a lovely comfortable spacious room with a fridge, a balcony and air conditioning. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to any queries. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Naples 😊

Well priced& convenience

Lovely man minding the B&B but I was quite all right to range in exact time to meet me and open the door. Very convenient, three minute walk from the metro. Older building and old looking units, but definitely affordable for one night stay, especially if you need a tiny little kitchen, and they keep balcony

My fiancé stayed there for his consulate interview he showed me pictures of the room. The walls had dark spots near the wall/ceiling intersections. I don’t know what it was. The bedspread was dirty. The portable heater did not work. He told me he shivered through the night cold. The bed was two tiny beds not even twin size beds put together that came apart in the middle of the night. Overall i would not recommend this location even tho i was not there i visibly agreee with my fiancé

This property is in an absolutely disgusting and run-down state. The paint is peeling off, door and window handles are almost coming off, there is rust everywhere in the bathroom. The door in the shower was almost impossible to close as it was half stuck, half broken. The toilet seat also fell off on the second day of our stay and we got told that it cant be fixed for 3 days, so had to use the toilet without the seat. The beds are also made up on top of metal springs, so its not the actual bed, more like a matress on top of metal structure.

La camera è in effetti un mini appartamento, dotato anche di cucina, completa di frigo e forno. E' molto pulita e l'host, Federico, è davvero disponibile nel venire incontro alle tue richieste. La struttura però necessita di una revisione/ammodernamento degli impianti, soprattutto di quello elettrico e magari sostituire gli infissi. Se così fosse, sarebbe davvero molto confortevole. Ottima e strategica la posizione del B&B, a due passi dalla metro di piazza Amedeo, e con una breve passeggiata si arriva facilmente alla zona dello shopping, nonché al lungomare Caracciolo.

Amedeo is in a great location and it is beautiful inside. It is also well sound-proofed so you don't hear the city sounds at night. We really enjoyed our stay at Amedeo, and Federico is super helpful providing a lot of info about Naples, where to go - what to see.

Nice big room in wonderful area

We had some inconveniance, cause the owner told, he did not got the booking annoncement from Expedia, so he was not there for check-in. So we suggest to contact the owner directly to agree about check in. he is a nice person helping with informations about the area. The room we had is big, with a big bathroom and a kichen. Some of the furniture is very beautiful antique. The street in front is a bit loud, but there is a nightdor at the window door to calm it down. A good italien breakfast in a caffè nearby is includet.

Comfortable Hideaway.

This hotel is vintage and very classic old-style Naples with large entry doors that's gracefully aged with a classic 1920's caged cargo elevator. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of a busy metropolitan city with short distances to the bay of Naples, restaurants and Castle dell'ovo.

넓지만 소리에 민감하다면 비추

싱글룸이 아닌 아파트먼트라 놀랐음. 넓고 쾌적함. 현지인 주거지에서 머문 좋은 기억. 단점은 방음이 매우 안되고(옆방 소리 다 들림) 욕실에서 물을 쓸 때마다 물탱크 소리 같은 게 엄청 크게 났음.

Lägenheten ligger i ett av de bättre och tryggare områdena i Neapel. Nära ner till havet, samt nära till tunnelbana och funicolare (bergbana). Lägenheterna är stora med egna badrum och ac.

Nice for accessibility

Federico, the owner is fantastic! I needed this place just to sleep and keep my belongings, and for that it was great! Unfortunately over 200 TV channels but none in English, but you are in Italia, so no need! My particular "room" was like a loft apartment with a kitchen, patio, and bed and bathroom.... The patio was good although no view to the street. The cafe is down the street where you can have a coffee (although I have discovered no Italians sit down to drink their coffee!) and Federico gives you a $5 stipend to order a coffee and croissant. I ended up using the Italian coffee maker that is available in the apartments kitchen and buying a small bag of espresso... Voila so easy and no need to leave to have your first cup of coffee. The best part is the convenience to 2 different modes of transportation ... The lift up the mountain (which I forget what's it s called) and then the metro.... Which got me everywhere I needed. Cheap and easy, grazie Federico!

Good location

Nice apartment in a good residential area of Naples, close to Metro, shops, restaurants and port area. Owner Federico was very helpful and friendly as was the local cafe where you get complimentary breakfast. Only drawback is traffic noise at night and from nearby nightclub. Also the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the neighbouring apartment.

B & B Amedeo Naples

We found the apartment in a great location and very large. It was clean and comfortable. The owner was available and helpful when asked. Breakfast was just down the road in a small cafe. Although this suited my husband and I, not sure how a family would get on. It could also be bought to your apartment if requested. (Pastry and drink). The only thing I would like to see would be a fridge and kettle in one of the apartments. One has a small kitchen but the other doesn't have anything. We requested a fridge and kettle and were given the chance to move apartments, but this would not have been necessary if a fridge was in both. Its certainly large enough. But overall excellent value for money and everybody from booking to the owner was very helpful
