Clean room, conveniently located in terms of transport (short walk from Municipio Metro, Molo Beverollo for ferries across the bay of Naples, and Augusteo for funicular services up to Vomero and Castel Sant'Elmo), right next to the Quartieri Spagnoli and Via Toledo so plenty of restaurants and shoppung at your doorstep. Room amenities perfect, staff very friendly. Highly recommend!
This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Italy! The room was ready when I arrived at 11:30, which was much appreciated after a long journey, and check in was easy. The room was clean, stocked with water, the bed was comfy (by European standards), and the air conditioning worked well. The property was quiet and well maintained. The patio is beautiful. And the location was really amazing for exploring Napoli! I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Highly recommend.
This is a very nice location, comfortable bed, good shower, nice staff, really nice outdoor area. Easy to find very convenient location. I did not have the breakfast so I can’t speak to it, but there was plenty to snack on in the room as well, which was really nice. The one thing that I think is important to note for anyone who is in room 501, the room is just off the terrace which means anyone on the terrace is basically going to sound like they’re in your room and because the hotel is essentially above a church, the church bells are going to ring very loud loudly in that room. They don’t ring all night thankfully but they do start at 7 o’clock in the morning so that’s something that you should be aware of.
Location is excellent right next to the galleria and the terrace/balconies are beautiful providing an excellent view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The beds were very firm but not unbearable and the room itself was clean. My main gripe is that the shower wall inside the bathroom was filled with mold and clearly painted over. I can understand that Naples is an old city and that mold can be found everywhere, however, I am very familiar with the smell and visual signs of a bad mold infestation alongside attempts to conceal them. With the room itself being clean and the fantastic view/location we were fine staying just the 1 night, but we probably won’t be back. Room 504.
Great central location close to many attraction and a short distance to the ferry.

Great location - with a fab roof terrace. Helpful cleaning staff but absent reception staff. Rooms clean but decoration is tired and needs renewal. Standard room had paper thin walls - room with balcony was better
